Hi, I’m Maggie.
Welcome to my portfolio of fine art prints. I love printmaking and reduction lino prints have become a favourite technique with small editions.
All of my prints are made using a matrix which I have created. It is then inked and pressed to paper to transfer the image. The prints you see here are all original and made by me in my studio.

My process has been inspired by UK artists Joshua Miles and Deb Wing I have been using reduction linoprint in a less formal way with each layer spontaneously responding to the print with multicoloured transparent layers
In an effort to learn a more abstract and looser approach I recently did a collage course with Cordula Kargermann through Fibre arts Take Two.
Creating abstract pieces was way out of my comfort zone to start with but once I let go of the fear and put my trust in the process I really enjoyed it and have found a new mixed way of working that can incorporate elements of print.
